We've answered some common questions below but if your query is not listed, please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we will be more than happy to help.
What type of film should I buy?
For this we recommend looking at our 'New To Film' page under the 'Help' menu that will hopefully help you with this query.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship all parcels within 1-2 working days. In the exceptional case that we cannot fulfill your order within that time frame we will let you know via your registered email.
How long before I receive my order?
UK orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, European orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days and Rest of the World orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
My order has still not arrived, what do I do?
Royal Mail will not consider a UK parcel lost until 10 days after the due date. For European and Rest of the World parcels this is 20 and 25 working days respectively. If this time has elapsed and you have not received your order please get in touch via our Contact Us page. We will log an investigation with Royal Mail and we will either refund your order in full or send you the products again.
Can I return the products I've ordered?
Yes, as long as the products are in the same condition in which they were sent to you and you let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel. For full details check out our Returns and Refunds page. Unfortunately we are unable to pay for return postage.
